Privacy Policy

Pursuant to and by effect of art. 23 of the Privacy Code, the Affiliate acknowledges that, in reading this contract, he has received full information on the use of his personal data and on the purposes of same, and expressly authorises Ascensus to process them for the activities connected to this contract.

He also authorises Ascensus to send periodic newsletters concerning the activity of Ascensus, without affecting the affiliate’s faculty to cancel this authorisation at any time Ascensus guarantees that the personal data of the Affiliate will not be disclosed. However, Ascensus has the faculty to make known personal data in reply to requests from the Police force or other officials of the public authority, with relation to criminal investigations or presumed illegal activities. Ascensus may also disclose non personal data, that is data which alone are not sufficient to determine the identity of the Affiliate, such as age, sex, profession, and other personal identification information such as tastes and hobbies, and use them for promotional purposes, market surveys or economic/statistical analysis.

Ascensus may supply the Affiliate’s personal identification data only in the following conditions: - when strictly necessary to perform the operations of saving, transferring, reorganising, restoring, recovering or correcting the same. - when indispensable to contact the Affiliate through address management companies or to communicate the necessary data to forwarding companies performing the service. The Affiliate cannot complain if Ascensus temporarily makes known his personal identification data for the purposes indicated in the two previous points.
