EG Twintail Ringer INSIGHT
Questa soft bait di casa Ever Green,dopo svariati anni del suo utilizzo,merita di certo un lungo approfondimento.
Ho avuto modo di testarla,in tutte e tre le sue versioni,ma quella con la quale ho trovato il maggior feeling,e' sicuramente la dimesione 4.7 pollici.
A mio parere,il Twintail Ringer e'di certo una delle esche piu' verasitili di Ever Green,questa si adatta alla perfezione a qualsiasi innesco finesse possibile,rendendo ogni approccio unico come poche altre sanno fare.
Tra i tanti inneschi,credo che il neko rig,sia quello che e' riuscito a far spiccare maggiormente le sue doti,infatti con esso l'esca riesce ad esibire un nuoto incredibile,sfoggiando una naturalezza imbarazzante.
La misura piu'piccola,quella da 3.8 pollici,l'ho invece impiegata principalmete su jig head e drop shot,sfuttando appieno le sue appendici finali,che essendo piu' fini rispetto al corpo principale,producono vibrazioni ad ogni minimo richiamo di canna.
Ultima,ma non di importanza,e' al versione da 5.8 pollici,che ho utilizzato principalmente come trailer da chatterbait,la sua combinazione con Jack Hammer e' disarmante e sicuramente valida alternativa ai classici trailer.
In questo caso,scelgo questa misura,perche a differenza delle altre,possiede un corpo piu' fat e quindi meglio si adegua all'imponente amo di Jack Hammer,l'unica attenzione e' quella di tagliare circa 1/4 dell'esca,per renderla piu' proporzionata rispetto allo skirt originale.
Non vi resta che provarla!

This soft bait from Ever Green, after several years of its use, certainly deserves a lengthy study.
I have had the opportunity to test it in all three versions, but the one I felt most comfortable with was definitely the 4.7-inch size.
In my opinion, the Twintail Ringer is certainly one of Ever Green's most versatile lures. It adapts perfectly to any finesse bait possible, making each approach unique in a way that few others can.
Out of the many baits, I believe that the neko rig is the one that has managed to make the most of its talents. With it, the bait is able to exhibit incredible swimming and an embarrassingly natural feel.
The smaller size, the 3.8 inch, I have used mainly on jig heads and drop shots, taking full advantage of its final appendages, which, being finer than the main body, produce vibrations at every slightest pull of the rod.
Last, but not least, is the 5.8-inch version, which I have used mainly as a chatterbait trailer. Its combination with the Jack Hammer is disarming, and certainly a valid alternative to classic trailers.
In this case, I choose this size, because unlike the others, it has a fatter body and therefore better suits the imposing Jack Hammer hook. The only caution is to cut off about 1/4 of the bait to make it more proportionate to the original skirt.
