La SOLENOGLYPH è il primo modello di casa Deps ad avere delle caratteristiche telescopiche, atte a ridurre gli ingombri durante il trasporto, la sezione telescopica ha una caratteristica unica nel suo genere, e cioè l'applicazione di uno spessore in alluminio che fa si di tenere in "blocco" la sezione superiore della canna, con quella inferiore, cosi da ridure giochi e vibrazioni, che a lungo andare potrebbero risultare deleteri per la struttura della canna, quando è chiusa, altro motivo è quello di non permettere accumuli di umidità all'interno creando il classico "Blister Phenomenon" e cioè, l'assorbimento dell'umidità da parte della struttura interna, perciò consiglio di tenere la canna sempre in apertura durante le sessioni di pesca, cosi da non favorire dannosi accumuli di umidità.
