Hover Strolling + Last Ace Floating

Come abbiamo visto nei miei precedenti blog,questa esca puo' essere utilizzata in molteplici modi,oltre ai classici inneschi,ne abbaimo visti diversi molto particolari e innovativi,come il metabama e il floating drop shot.

In questa occasione andremo ad approfondire un nuovo innesco,l'hover strolling,divenuto estremamente popolare dopo l'avvento delle nuove sonde live e particolarmente indicato per questa tipologia di esche.

Questa tecnica da sicuramente il meglio di se,se svolota a bordo di una imbarcazione,ma questo non vi vieta assolutamnete di approcciarla anche dal piede,magari concentrandovi a ridosso di scalini o al bordo di punte pronunciate.

Sfruttando il suo amo con occhiello a 90°,doneremo all'esca un assetto perfettamente orizzontale,questa caratteristica e' estremamente produttiva quando dobbiamo insidiare pesce sospeso sulla colonna d'acqua,magari posizionato vicino a palle di shad.

Io personalmente utilizzo la versione 95F,secondo me perfetta per questo tipo d'innesco,inserendo due piccoli insert in tungsteno,uno posto sulla testa e uno a circa meta' del corpo,questo per stabilizzare l'esca in fase di caduta,essendo una mescola floating.

Raggiunta la giusta profondita',inizieremo un recupero estremamente lento con piccoli tocchi di cimino,questo produrra' una piccolissima vibrazione di coda e un wobbling strettisimo del corpo,presentazione molto poco invasiva,ma estremamente naturale.

In questa tecnica,il contatto con l'esca e' fondamentale,per questo vi consiglio di utilizzare una canna da spinning perticolarmente sensibile con azione light o ultra light,magari con cimino solido,io personalmente utilizzo la FACT 65UL,a mio avviso perfetta per questo tipo di impiego.

Oltre a giocare sulla presentazione,con diversi tipi di piombature,con Last Ace,avremo modo di scatenarci anche sulle colorazioni,in particolare quando ci troviamo ad affrontare acque molto chiare,la sua gamma colori real e veramente incredibile.

On this occasion, we are going to take a closer look at a new bait, the hover strolling, which has become extremely popular since the advent of the new live probes, and is particularly suitable for this type of bait.

This technique is certainly at its best when unfurled on board a boat, but this does not absolutely prohibit you from approaching it from the foot as well, perhaps concentrating near steps or at the edge of pronounced points.

Taking advantage of its hook with a 90° eyelet, we give the bait a perfectly horizontal set-up. This feature is extremely productive when we have to bait fish suspended over the water column, perhaps positioned near shad balls.

I personally use the 95F version, which in my opinion is perfect for this type of bait, inserting two small tungsten inserts, one placed on the head and one about halfway down the body, to stabilise the bait in the falling phase, being a floating compound.

Once the right depth has been reached, we begin an extremely slow retrieve with small touches of the rod, which will produce a very small vibration of the tail and a very tight wobbling of the body, a very non-invasive but extremely natural presentation.

In this technique, contact with the bait is fundamental, which is why I recommend using a particularly sensitive spinning rod with a light or ultra light action, perhaps with a solid tip. I personally use the FACT 65UL, which in my opinion is perfect for this type of use.

In addition to playing on presentation, with different types of sinkers, with the Last Ace, we can also go wild with colours, especially when we are facing very clear waters, its real colour range is truly incredible.
